Shipment
What does shipping cost me?
Nothing!
All costs are included in our prices. For international changes, we also take over VAT and customs clearance.

When does the order arrive for me?
We send all the items in stock immediately after receipt of your order. You will therefore receive the goods within Europe in 1 to 3 working days.
How do I follow my order?
As soon as we send your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link that you can use to track your package.

What do I do if I don't like the goods?
Don't worry if you have changed your opinion or don't like the products ordered. Here are some tips for return and exchange:
1) Products can easily be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2) Please contact our customer service if you would like to make a return for some reason. Or just fill our Return form out of.
3) Please note that hygiene items from your original packaging are excluded from the right of return (i.e. socks & underwear). A return is not possible in this case. Thank you for your understanding.

Subscription
How does a (socks) subscribe work?
With the subscription you can automatically receive fresh socks or underwear at home at regular intervals.
This is how it works:
1. Step: Choose a product you want to get in the subscription.
Step 2: Under the "Subscription" option, select the delivery interval in which you would like to receive your products. You can choose freely: every 3, 4, 6 or 12 months.
3. Step: Choose the number of socks that you would like to receive with every delivery (e.g. 3 pairs of socks) and click on "To the shopping cart".
4th step: In the shopping cart you will see the amount, which is automatically deducted in your desired delivery interval by credit card or PayPal. Check the information and complete the purchase.
In the customer account, you can make product and quantity changes in accordance with your needs and even freely adapt the next delivery dates. Of course, you can also pause or cancel the subscription at any time.

How can I terminate my subscription?
The subscription can be changed, paused or canceled at any time via your customer portal, or you can contact us directly.
