  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the billing conditions here.
  • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by installments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. I would like to pay for my products by invoice. How do I proceed?

When selecting the payment method, select "Invoice with Klarna" and follow the instructions.

Conditions for payment with Klarna

When paying with Klarna, you must enter your personal data carefully, as a credit check and a data comparison with Schufa are carried out. Even small discrepancies, such as a transposed number in the house number, can mean that the purchase on account is not approved.

These conditions must be met:

- At least 18 years old

- Positive credit rating

- Billing and delivery address must be identical and match the registration address

- Gender, date of birth and telephone number must be provided (data comparison)

In addition, a credit limit is set for each Klarna customer, which depends on their personal payment history and creditworthiness. You can therefore only make purchases via Klarna for the maximum amount set for you, which is not communicated. This applies to all your orders that you pay for via Klarna.

How and when will I receive my Klarna invoice?

As Single invoice by e-mail approx. 48 hours after booking confirmation. You have the option of paying in installments (at least 10% of the outstanding amount). Payment possible via e-banking or the Klarna app. 

Costs and fees

We charge an invoice fee of Euro 0 per purchase. If you are in default of payment, Klarna may demand compensation for the resulting damage in the amount of € 1.20 for each reminder. You are free to prove that Klarna has incurred no or only minor damages.

What is the payment deadline for the Klarna invoice?

Single invoice

- 14 days after receipt of the goods

- Monthly invoice always by the end of the month

What happens if I cancel or partially cancel my order?

You will receive a corrected invoice by e-mail for the canceled products or order, which will replace the original invoice.
